On occasion they can pull off a real Starbucks experience, but usually it's the kind of service you'd expect if you got your coffee from a barber shop on the wrong side of town. Loud ghetto women will have have conversations amongst themselves and laugh hysterically about everything while they forget what you ordered, then give you an attitude when they realize they screwed up. It's sad, everyone in line tries to politely put up with it and just get their coffee without getting too annoyed. Wouldn't want to offend the rude workers who are supposed to serve you!
